We were worried initially as we didn't have any idea for the pre-wedding shoot but the team helped along and assured us to be natural and guided us along during the photo session. The turnout of the photos were so good that we couldn't bear to part off with most of the photos.

All in all, the service of Castalia Wedding Gallery is very good. They have been nothing but friendly, passionate and also very committed to their jobs. It is because of that, that they are able to provide the 5 star services which my wife and I are happy to have been served with.

Absolutely loving Castalia's service from start to end. Experienced, knowledgeable, creativity, thoughtful, friendly team and not pushy at all! Their excellent customer service is one of the reason that keep them staying strong as they do not enter to bridal fair. It was our first shop and we signed without hesitation. All thanks to the team - consultants (Joey, Catherine, Happy, Jaymie) to Make up artist (Xuan) to Photographer (Yen and Jay) who cleared our doubts and guided us along the way. They never failed to reply and will try their best to offer us alternative solutions.

The team allowed us to customise the whole photo session according to our preferred theme. Had a consultation with Jay where ideas were shared and further developed based on their experience and our expectations. He also encouraged us to bring in any form of items and clothing for our photo shoot.

Xuan is professional make up artist and she shared some tips with me on wedding shoot and AD makeup.

Jay and his assistants did their best to capture smiley yet natural shots. They were quick minded to offer their opinions when we were clueless about posing in front of camera. In the end, it was all so well taken that we had to upsize our album. We had add-ons for our photo shoot package and the overall package price is comparable with SG and JB too.

Joey assisted us and provided some ideas during photo selection when we had difficulty to select the photos.

They were open-minded for discussion for items in the package that we do not need and it was essentially important to us. The only cons that we had probably lesser variety of suits for men compared to brides. Nonetheless, we still managed to find what we like.

We enjoyed a lot during the process with their greatest help and definitely recommended! Definitely no regrets!!

Castalia has the best service ever. The Sales girl are friendly and patient. they walked through each and every steps/procedures with us. Most importantly, they don't hard sell you.. everything went smoothly as promised with no delays.

To end with, the bosses and staffs (Janice, Kelly & Xinyi) are super humorous and we enjoyed our visit there. 

Castalia Wedding Gallery was our first choice due to all the good reviews we have seen especially their photography in which we were able to customise our own theme and make the album into our own love story.

On top of that, the staffs were all very friendly and tentative which made us feel as if we're at home. We always felt very welcomed and appreciated as customers there. Although their wedding gown selection is a bit limited, I still managed to find a gown that I loved as they still have gowns in various styles. Just take your time and be patient to look for your dream gown and don't rush it.

Their staff, Happy and Catherine were very patient and friendly with constant smiles on their faces when helping us to look for a gown that I liked and I feel really thankful and satisfied with their level of service. In top of that, they were also able to recognise us whenever we walked into their gallery.

I would also like to thank Yen and his team for their creative and innovative photography skills. They were able to take in our ideas and made them possible. And at times when we didn't have any idea on a certain theme, Yen and his team took their time to help us come up with great ideas and discussed with us. This shows that they are really passionate with their work and are very dedicated into giving us the best service they can provide. In the end, all the photos turned up wonderfully and my husband and I are very satisfied with their hard work.

Our make up artist, Minna was also very helpful and friendly and she constantly made sure that my make up and hairdo were always in place and I was always looking my best during the photo shoot. I love her make up as it gave me a natural look in all of my photos which is what I wanted!

Castalia also never failed to call us and remind us a day before our appointment.

当初和老婆打算拍婚纱照的时候，其实就有朋友介绍我去新山 Pelangi Jalan Serampang Castalia 婚纱店。

还记得那时候就抱着一颗去看看的心情也没想太多，就打算看了再到别处去看看。那时候刚走进店里就被店员的态度给吸引了，之后就和老婆在那里聊了，我们俩想要的是大致上怎么样的婚纱和什么概念的婚纱照，要如何拍之类的，店员都很亲切的和我们解释。

价钱方面呢其实真的很公道，因为我和她们说我需要摆两次酒席一次新加坡一次在老家但是婚纱店主管就算我一次性价钱，就是过后再来试穿婚纱再借回老家一个里拜，Castalia 的主管都没算我多四天的钱，因为通常的都是3天后就要 Charge多四天钱的，但Castalia都是用家人的那种信任来服务客户。

Most of the new couple will be hesitant which bridal professional to engage for their wedding. Worrying being "chop" and "slice" like white reddish. I can assure you Castalia provide all professional advices and transparent price for all individual items.

My wife and I had engaged Castalia on March 2019 for our wedding on September 2019. They are able to provide advices and planning to suit our availability in order to meet our big day.

Photo shoot was really enjoyable and it turned out really great that we had a tough time choosing the photos. Many thanks to Yen and his team for all the assistance.

It did took me a while to find the gowns I liked but eventually the results was perfect. Everyone loved my gowns, especially the evening gown during the actual day.

We are thankful to the staffs there and especially Joey, if it’s not for her, I think we would have missed out a great place.

Our journey started approximately 8 months ago when we first discovered this bridal studio. Just like many other brides to be, we did our homework and came across numerous recommendations but what eventually drew us to Castalia was really the warm hospitality from the service staff. There was no hard selling at all and the photo samples shown to us felt really natural and real - unlike most that we saw elsewhere.

Joey, who has been with us from day 1, was very upfront about the costs involved. There was no hidden cost at all - something we were really concerned and wary of at first having heard many horrendous stories of other bridal studios. She also took care of our album layout and did a great job in editing our photos.

Jay, our photographer is absolutely amazing! He understood and delivered exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to achieve pictures that received many compliments from our friends and families too. We ended up paying more for additional photos because of it but it’s worth every penny spent! His assistant, John also did an excellent job in correcting our posture during the shoot and making us feel comfortable.

Last but not least, I cannot emphasize enough how appreciative I am of the gals who helped me with my gown selection process - Xinyi, Kelly, Mei Yun. I am very indecisive when it came to choosing gowns but despite so, they were really, and I mean really patient with me - Long hours of trying and changing and decision making.

My make up artist, Hua Hua is really good at what she does too!

Everyone here is really approachable, patient and Super good at their job and I would still go with Castalia if I could do it all over again. Well done team at Castalia!

I am glad that I chosen Castalia for my pre-wedding shoot & actual day. 

I always have problem finding a suitable gown for me because of my size & Castalia is the only bridal studio that allows me to try on their gown before signing their package!
